What is the shipping and returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Online orders and fragrance trials are currently delivered within the Republic of Ireland. International consultations and enquiries are welcome; overseas perfume, sample and diffuser delivery must be confirmed and quoted individually before ordering. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Bespoke perfumes are non-refundable once the final formula is agreed upon.

Question 7

What about safety and allergies?

Accepted Answer

Each bespoke formula is assessed using the applicable IFRA standards and supplier safety documentation for its intended use. Please tell us about known allergies or sensitivities before formulation begins.
